Private Yoga

Private Yoga sessions are perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a yoga experience tailored to meet your specific health and wellness goals. Sessions occur in the comfort of your home and meet as often as you like. I recommend meeting once weekly at a minimum to help establish a routine.

Let's get together to discuss what you're hoping to get from your yoga practice, touch base on your overall wellness goals, and make sure we're a good fit for one another.  Please fill out the Private Yoga Application below to help kick start our session.

Once you've submitted your application, book a time for us to meet. My availability is listed through the scheduling system. If you don't see a time that works with your schedule, please contact me directly to set something up.

Create lasting change with a series of sessions in a package. Save 10% on 5 sessions, 15% on 8 sessions, or 20% on 12 sessions.
