Unwind twice a week with a 60 minute slow- moving practice where we spend time connecting to our spirit, mind and body with yoga, relaxing essential oils, and affirmations. Great for relieving stress and tension while moving with your breath and honoring your unique physical needs.
All levels welcome (beginners too). Leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. Registration is required.
Class sizes are kept small to focus on individual needs and the best experience for you.
